The people behind Be Pain Free

Be Pain Free is a family business built around a shared interest in helping people understand their options, make informed choices and find practical ways to feel better and keep moving.

Meet the people behind it.

Jonathan Bispham, co-founder of Be Pain Free

Jonathan Bispham

Co-Founder | Interventional Osteopath

Jonathan has spent more than 35 years working as an osteopath, helping people experiencing pain, stiffness and movement problems.

His clinical experience sparked a long standing interest in the different ways the body can be supported through recovery, including the use of light therapies.

At Be Pain Free, Jonathan takes the lead in researching and evaluating the products we bring into our range, drawing on his clinical experience and interest in red and near-infrared light therapy.

You’ll also see Jonathan in our educational videos, where he shares his perspective on some of the questions we hear most often about pain, movement, recovery and red light therapy.

Deborah Bispham, co-founder of Be Pain Free

Deborah Bispham

Co-Founder | Managing Director

Deborah leads the educational direction and business growth of Be Pain Free.

Her background includes training in hypnosis and hypnotherapy, which developed into a long standing interest in the relationship between the mind, the body and the way people experience pain and wellbeing.

Today, Deborah spends considerable time researching red light therapy and the emerging evidence behind it. She takes that research and turns it into clear, practical educational content, asking the questions our customers are likely to ask. What does the research actually mean? How might it apply in the real world? And how can we explain it without all the jargon?

Different backgrounds. One shared goal.

We each bring a different perspective to Be Pain Free, but we share the same curiosity and commitment to helping people make sense of red light therapy.

Together, we’re continuing to research, learn and build Be Pain Free as a place where people can find clear information, explore the evidence and make informed choices about red light therapy.
